Meet Our Staff
The staff at H & K Insurance is trained to be YOUR representative in the often puzzling realm of insurance. Professional, courteous, and dedicated, our main goal is to provide you with top-of-the-line and friendly service. We look forward to learning more about you, but here is a little bit about us!
Brian began working at H&K Insurance Agency in 1992. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor, and an exceptionally qualified insurance professional helping clients protect their assets, and create future financial security in all areas of insurance including property casualty, life accident and health coverages.
Brian is a ferocious negotiator, working to ensure his clients receive the best possible coverage at a competitive price.
Brian supplements his professional efforts with extensive philanthropic involvement. He oversees H&K’s regular donations to countless charitable organizations at both local and national levels, and runs seminars for local communities on how to protect their assets with insurance contracts. When not working, Brian likes to do martial arts, skiing and golf.
Daralyn began working at H & K Insurance in 1987. She has been both a Personal and Commercial lines agent. After graduating from Regis College she attended the Oberlin Insurance School at Duke University. In her pursuit of excellence she attained the designation CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and designation CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent). Daralyn is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.
Kathleen Bibbey started working for H&K Insurance in September of 2016. Wearing multiple hats, Kathleen renews surplus lines policies, reviews renewal accounts, retrieves insurance quotes and so much more! She is a licensed P&C broker and CISR in the state of Massachusetts. With over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Kathleen comes to us with a breath of knowledge that we appreciate time and time again.
Annarita has been working at H & K Insurance since 1992. Annarita graduated from Aquinas College in Newton, MA. Annarita is responsible for a majority of the processing work that goes on behind the scenes here at H & K. You may still run into Annarita though, she takes payments from many of our customers and will occasionally cover the front desk answering the phones and greeting clients.
Susan joined H & K Insurance in June 2010. Prior to coming to H&K, she was working in the industry for two years as a Customer Service Representative. She achieved her first goal, obtaining her Personal Lines Producer license, within a year of entering the industry and continues to expand her knowledge of insurance by attending classes offered by our State Insurance Association. Susan is dedicated in providing excellent service to the clients of H & K.
Mary Ann started working for H&K in May 2008, as the front desk receptionist. Since then she has become an integral member of the team. She doesn’t just answer phones, she endorses polices, takes payments and umbrella renewals, distributes the mail, and helps CSR’S whenever they need her. Not only is she is the glue that holds us all together, but Mary Ann makes it a point to make each and every one of our customers feel comfortable and happy. You could say that she is our official greeter, but to be honest, she is so much more.
Kathy started here at H & K Insurance in 1982 after graduating from college. She has worked in both Personal and Commercial Insurance and is dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our customers. Having obtained her professional designation CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CPPL (Certified Person in Personal Lines), Kathy is what you consider a true Coverage Specialist!
Karolin started at H & K Insurance in 1998 while still attending Watertown High School. Since then she has worked her way through being a Customer Service Representative to her current role as a producer. Karolin uses her training and her ability to speak Armenian and Turkish to provide excellent service to our non-English speaking clients.
Lynda started here at H & K Insurance in 2009, but has been working in the insurance industry professionally since 1984. With such a breadth of experience Lynda is well-suited to provide the excellent service that our customers have come to expect. Lynda continues to expand her knowledge of insurance by attending classes offered by our state insurance association. In fact, Lynda has recently attained the designation CPIA, which is designed to “enhance the ability of producers, sales support staff and company personnel to efficiently create and distribute effective insurance programs.”
Charlie has grown up in the insurance business. He has been working with clients, providing supplemental benefits for individuals and companies. Recently, he became a licensed producer for property and casualty insurance. When Charlie isn’t working, he enjoys spending his free time lifting weights, golfing, and hitting the ski slopes when it gets cold. We are happy to welcome him into the H&K family.
An experienced insurance and financial services representative, Peter has built his reputation on exceptional customer service. He works with clients to achieve insurance and financial solutions that make sense for his clients by tailoring solutions to address their needs.
Peter is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH), Brandeis University (Waltham, MA), and achieved the professional designation of Chartered Financial Consultant from The American College of Financial Services (King of Prussia, PA).
